1. Booking Cancellations
- You can cancel your booking through our website, app, or by contacting us directly at 1300 545 888 or booking13silvercabs@gmail.com.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid cancellation fees.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee may apply.
2. Refunds
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If a service cannot be provided due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures), we will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund.
3. No-Shows
- If a passenger does not show up at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the booking may be considered a no-show, and a fee may apply.
- No-show fees are determined based on the service type and distance.
4. Changes to Bookings
- You can request changes to your booking, such as pickup time or location, by contacting us at 1300 545 888 or booking13silvercabs@gmail.com.
- Changes are subject to availability and may affect the fare.
5. Special Services
